Practice Hatha Yoga since 2004.
Began teaching since 2008.
First met with Ashtanga Yoga in 2015 at workshop of Evgenia Ermolaeva (Krasnodar), since that time practice AVY regularly.
Teach Ashtanga Yoga since September 2016.
Studied at workshop authorized teachers of Ashtanga Yoga:
Eddie Stern (USA), Maria Shalimova(Russia), David Robson (Canada), Alexander Smirkin (Russia), Petri Raisanen (Helsinki, Finland).
Participated in conferences of AVY:
2016, 2017 гг. – first and second All-Russian Ashtanga Yoga conference (Moscow).
Have a title Master of Sports in tumbles.
Coach of the children's team.
English level: pre-intermediate.
My higher educations are electrician engineer and specialist in physical culture and sports.
In my Ashtanga Yoga classes I follow these rules:
1. Slowly but surely.
2. The AVY series are the same for everyone, but the different for each.
3. Regularity is the foundation of success in practice.
